 – like spending time with loved ones, pursuing hobbies, or being thankful – can improve your mood and overall emotional well-being. Self-care helps you build resilience and cope better with life’s challenges.

🌸 Relationships: When you prioritise self-care, you’re better equipped to show up as your best self in your relationships. Taking care of your own needs allows you to have more patience without feeling depleted or resentful.
