Not sleeping can really affect your mood, health and relationships.

There are many things that can cause us not to sleep when we go to bed even though you may be exhausted.

The other issue that is common is that you wake up between 1am – 3am and cant go back to sleep.

I recorded this meditation to help you go to sleep and start creating a life you love.

When you sleep, you look and feel younger. You are more pleasant to be around and your body can heal.
